Wet Electrostatic Precipitator for 180,000 m³/h Yellow Phosphorus Slag Vapor

A vertical wet electrostatic precipitator is adopted. The designed air volume of the yellow phosphorus slag steam demister is 180,000 m³/h. The anode tubes are made of conductive fiberglass with a regular hexagonal inscribed circle of 360 mm × 6,000 m. The gas medium mainly consists of acidic gases such as water vapor, SO₂, SO₃, P₂O₅, NOₓ, and HF, solid dust, and a small amount of CO, PH₃, etc. Since the tail gas containing CO and PH₃ is flammable, explosive, and toxic, explosion - proof and sealing measures need to be considered. The above figure shows the operation effect after commissioning.
