 2. The inner surface of the tube wall of stainless-steel anode tubes is smooth and flat, facilitating easy flushing and cleaning of the inner wall. There are no defects such as cracks, delamination, or pinholes that affect the performance.

3. The end faces of stainless-steel anode tubes are flat, with no deviations in tube diameter and length. They have high tensile strength, strong wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, do not deform at high temperatures, and have a long service life. The alloy-steel material can also be recycled for a second time.

4. Stainless-steel anode tubes are convenient to maintain and clean. In the assembly and production process of alloy-steel anode tubes, a fully automatic welding process is adopted. A double-layer alloy-steel flange is installed on the upper part of the module, and alloy-steel stiffening plates are used for reinforcement in the middle. The welded parts will not fall off or be punctured. The flange size, thickness, and rib density are strictly designed, produced, and manufactured according to the drawings provided by the customer.

Common materials for conductive stainless-steel anode tubes include SUS304, SUS316L, 2205 duplex alloy steel, 254SMO austenitic stainless-steel materials, etc.
