Operation Case of the Project for Purifying Yellow Phosphorus Waste Gas with Two Wet Electrostatic Precipitators of 250,000 m³/h in Guizhou

The second phase of the yellow phosphorus clean production technology transformation project of Weng 'an County Longma Phosphorus Industry Co., Ltd. features an electrostatic demister with a gas processing capacity of 250,000 cubic meters per hour and a flue gas temperature below 85℃. The demister's air inlet and outlet are arranged as bottom inlet and top outlet. After the equipment is completed, the weight of a single steel frame ladder platform is approximately 98 tons, and the weight of internal components and insulation systems of the equipment is about 102 tons. The total weight of a single piece of equipment is approximately 200 tons (excluding the inlet and outlet flue ducts). The following is the diagram of the completed equipment, which has been put into use at present.
